Greg Coutu has a passion for real estate and a genuine appreciation for quality construction and design. At Advisors Living in Weston, Greg is uniquely qualified to guide his clients in purchasing and selling homes. With fifteen years of experience working for Sudbury Design Group, one of the area’s top landscape architecture firms, Greg’s skillset and first-hand knowledge of home building and design are further enhanced by his extensive experience designing and managing projects. His exposure to both the design and construction sides of the residential home building provides invaluable insight to clients ready to purchase or prepare to sell a home. 

Greg graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Landscape Architecture and is conversant in CAD, 3D modeling, hand rendering, Photoshop, Sketchup, site survey, and site layout. Greg grew up in Sudbury and currently lives with his wife Jillian and their three boys in Framingham.
