For the past 12 years, Gina Sanginario has been connecting buyers with their dream home. She approaches real estate with enthusiasm, kindness and diligence, committed to make every guest feel welcome when visiting a community. She is currently the On-Site Sales Director at Northside Meadows, a Brendon Homes Signature Community in Framingham, MA. With extensive experience working with the National-Award Winning Developer, Gina educates buyers on the marketplace and the unmatched attention to detail and quality of construction in every home.

Previously, Gina has worked with Brendon Homes on several notable communities including Adams Farms and Farm View Estates in Shrewsbury, MA and most recently River Trail Place in Wayland, MA.
