Advisors Living is seeking Sales Directors and Sales Associates for new, luxury, residential real estate condominium developments. The candidates will have sales experience within the field of real estate and hold a current real estate salesperson license or in the process of getting a real estate salesperson license. The candidates should have exceptional customer service experience and a passion for residential real estate. The position requires individuals that are willing to work together as a team to reach monthly sales goals until the close out of the residences and have a demeanor that is customer service oriented to better serve the client and customers.

Qualities for Success

Real Estate Sales experience, knowledge of the market and surrounding comps, team skills, strategic thinking, understands the relationship with buyers/customers, embraces training, follows protocols, strong organizational skills, embraces technology, comfortable with negotiations, understands economics of deal structures.


Sales Directors: 2+ years Real Estate experience as an agent in real estate sales or sales leadership experience, negotiation and contract management skills, people skills, networking and marketing skills, experience working with technology and social media.

Sales Associates: Experience with sales, ability to learn the processes of the firm and manage weekly reporting to clients and management. Ability to take on multiple tasks and reach deadlines, people skills, a strong understanding of technology, CRM systems, basic Office and Email as well as a social media.


The candidates will be required to work on-site at an active new construction development and will be required to work weekends, meet with the client, marketing and management for weekly sales meetings, meet and follow up with customers, distribute weekly reporting and work on a variable based income.
