1. Narrow Your Search

Price, commute, and schools often play an important role in deciding where to live. Will you be commuting to work and if so will you be taking public transportation or driving? How much time are you budgeting for that commute? What price point are you looking at and are schools a consideration in your search? These are questions that can narrow down areas and before you start physically viewing homes. This information is easily accessible using resources within our website and third party tools your Advisor will help with.

2. Buying into a community

We can pair you with one of our Advisors who will tour you on the communities you’re interested including giving you a feel of the various neighborhoods, their amenities, shopping, schools, and what your commute would look like. They would also take you into a sampling of the homes for sale to give you an idea of the housing stock in those neighborhoods.

3. Finding the Perfect Home

Your Advisor will discuss offer strategies and how to best position your offer to be accepted. They will work in conjunction with your loan officer and eventually real estate attorney every step of the way and establish a timeline to work towards your preferred move date.

4. Moving In

A celebration of its own and often heralded as the symbol of the American Dream, closing on your home is arrived at after inspections and negotiations your Advisor will represent you on. At the conclusion, we will give up to 1% of our proceeds to a charity of your choice as a way of saying thank you to choosing us.
