The Jordan Lofts is a boutique loft building with 12 residences in Boston’s SOWA neighborhood. Originally constructed in 1916, the brick building was a horse stable for the Jordan Marsh department store chain. After extension renovation, The Jordan Lofts opened in 2016 with floorplans ranging from 2 beds/2 baths to 3+ bed/3 bath penthouses with private decks and stunning city views. Many of the units feature 10’+ ceilings, large windows, gourmet kitchens with Caesar stone counters and Sub-Zero/Bosch appliances. Nicely appointed bathrooms with stone/tile, dual vanities, soaking tubs & glass showers. Upper floor lofts enjoy views of the Boston skyline.
The Jordan Lofts is an elevator building with garage parking. Many of the buildings original features were highlighted in architect David Hacin’s interior design of the building. The original brick, exposed beam and industrial doors & finishes are a nod to the building’s past.
The Jordan Lofts is located in one of Boston’s most exciting neighborhoods, SOWA. Home to art galleries, some of Boston’s best new restaurants and Whole Foods, SOWA combines the best of the old & new South End. Easily accessible to Back Bay, Midtown and major transportation points, SOWA offers residents the best of Boston just outside their front door.
