Advisors Living has added 35 new sales agents since the Fall

Advisors Living, the largest independent residential real estate brokerage in Greater Boston, has added 35 new sales agents since fall, adding to 15 that joined the rapidly growing company shortly after Labor Day and part of a total of almost 50 new residential brokers added to the team of professionals during all of 2021.

The new agents, who will work in Advisors Living’s existing and new offices throughout Greater Boston, include four new Vice Presidents and many agents with significant experience in selling new homes and resales in Downtown Boston and its suburbs.

“Our agent-centered focus and culture-based business model is attracting well known, highly respected agents,” said Susan Tsantes, Advisors Living’s Senior Vice President for Culture and Empowerment. “This is in an industry where almost all large brokerages are hyper-focused on recruiting, and agents find us refreshing.”

The new residential sales team members joining Advisors Living as Vice Presidents since September are:

--  Sue Sirota, Vice President of Advisors Living Sudbury, who works with Nancy Hudgins as the Sirota Hudgins Team in the Sudbury office and was formerly with Coldwell Banker Realty.

--  Nancy Hudgins, a member of a Advisors Living team in Metrowest along with Sirota. Hudgins, now Vice President of Advisors Living Sudbury, was formerly with Coldwell Banker Realty and is an independent professional musician, playing the French Horn. 

--  Sharon L. Jones, now a Vice President of Advisors Living Sudbury, formerly of Coldwell Banker Realty.

--  And Tori MacDowell, now Vice President of Residential Sales at Advisors Living, formerly with Coldwell Banker Realty.

Residential sales agents or others newly joining Advisors Living are:

--  Manuel Andrade Jr., formerly with Greystar.

--  Scott Beane, with Advisors Living Back Bay, formerly with Coldwell Banker Realty.

--  Colleen Bonner, now a Marketing Specialist with Advisors Living, formerly with Coldwell Banker Realty.

--  Kelly Caron, with Advisors Living Wellesley, formerly with Coldwell Banker Realty.

--  Carole Daniels, with Advisors Living Sudbury, formerly with Coldwell Banker Realty, who works as a team with Berkeley O’Keefe.

--  Berkeley O’Keefe, with Advisors Living Sudbury, formerly with Coldwell Banker Realty.

--  Diana Lannon, with Advisors Living Sudbury, formerly a Partner with TRB Acquisition, LLC and with Coldwell Banker Realty.

--  Michael MacDonald, working with Advisors Living Back Bay.

--  Carole Milott, in Advisors Living’s Weston office, formerly with Coldwell Banker Realty. Milott works as a team on the Milott McCay team, along with Nikki McCay and Kathleen Newton.

--  Nikki McCay, of Advisors Living’s Weston office, formerly with Coldwell Banker Realty.

-- Kathleen Newton, with Advisor Living’s Weston office, formerly with Coldwell Banker.

--  Mary Williams, now Executive Coach on contract to Advisors Living, a real estate business coach who was formerly with Merit McIntyre and Associates, also formerly Vice President and Managing Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty in New Hampshire.

--  Chelsea Demby, with Advisors Living’s Weston office.

--  Margi Gad, founder and formerly Chief Executive Officer of Fierce + Regal, Boston, an athleisure clothing brand. Gad also founded Marjorie Gad Jewelry Design.

--  Stacey Steck, now an Advisors Living Vice President, formerly a senior sales associate at Hammond Residential.

--  Anton Sventsitski, with Advisors Living Back Bay, formerly with Cambridge Realty Group, Inc.

--  Briana Ventura, with Advisors Living Back Bay, formerly with Compass.

The new sales professionals, based in a growing number of offices throughout the region, add talent and experience to a company increasingly represented in downtown Boston, neighborhoods and suburbs. 

Tsantes, a former Vice President at Coldwell Banker Realty, with more than 25 years of experience in sales and management in residential real estate, joined Advisors Living in the fall. Merit McIntyre, President at Coldwell Banker Realty of New England, joined Advisors Living as President in April 2021. And Bill McIntyre, previously Regional Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Northeast Region of Coldwelll Banker, in September became Chief Financial Officer at Boston Realty Advisors and Advisors Living, the residential affiliate of Boston Realty Advisors.

Also in the fall, Advisors Living announced the opening of a new brokerage in Canton, MA, joining its office in the Back Bay. Other new offices will be officially announced in the coming months.
